Our overnight stay was good. Teresa was a lovely and efficient reception executive. Very warm and friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. The location of the property is perfect for the purpose of our visit during Semana Santa.

Perfect location! The room was comfortable and allowed us to rest and recover from long days of sightseeing. The washer was a pleasant surprise. I'd highly recommend the Overland Suits to anyone wanting more than what a typical hotel room provides.

El apartamento en general está muy bien, es amplio y confortable y no le faltan servicios. Nos incluyeron unas bebidas y aperitivos de cortesía lo cual es de agradecer. No obstante me gustaría hacer un par de críticas constructivas que harán que la experiencia sea plena en la próxima ocasión: En primer lugar, las ventanas exteriores solo disponen de un estor que permite pasar toda la luz por los laterales y teniendo una farola led justo encima, es como dormir de día. Los techos miden casi 4 metros pero cuando tienes una despedida de soltera en el piso de arriba, se agradecería medio metro de aislamiento acústico para no soportar la fiesta hasta las 3 de la mañana. En último lugar, deberían revisar los sifones de los baños ya que emanan un aroma poco agradable desde que entras al apartamento y recomiendo al dueño invertir en azulejos en lugar de pintura. Por lo demás, como he dicho la experiencia ha sido buena por el precio ofrecido.

Enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment in the old town in Seville. Taxi had some issues negotiating the tiny streets but a special stay. Front Office lady was wonderful and helpful as well. Magic

This was a unique property in that it had a room on each floor and each was spacious. There was lovely art and furniture. I was impressed that we also had our own private roof terrace. I would recommend for family with older children as the stairs are quite steep and many of them. I really like the Apartment/hotel model, it works really well for families. There was a small kitchen for the preparation and storage of small and simple meals. Even had a washing machine which was convenient. The Staff were lovely and helpful.

The location is unbeatable, but the property itself does leave much to be desired. I found the floors to be dirty, and the apartment in a bit of disrepair. Flaking walls and flies coming out of the drains, and our apartment on the ground floor was dark. It was safe, central, and comfortable enough, just didn't live up to my expectation.

I stayed with my husband and three sons in a two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment which was just perfect. I wish there were more apartments as beautiful as this one with two bathrooms for this price. Besides offering all the essentials there were many extras like washing machine in the kitchen, disposable tooth brushes, and a welcome kit including bottled water, orange juice, milk, and Andalucian sugar cookies. On top of all this, communication was very smooth and there was Elena at reception in case you needed anything. Oh... and location is literally unbeatable! I wish I'd go back to Seville just to stay here again!

각종 명소가 걸어서 10분 내외에 있어서 정말 좋았어요. 주변에 마트도 가깝고 맛집들도 많아요. 택시타려면 대성당 후문으로 가시면되요. 객실 공간도 넓어서 가족과 함께 보내기 좋아요. 에어컨도 잘되고 목욛물도 따뜻하고, 식사도 만들어 먹을 수 있구요. 마트로는 MAS가 가까운데 고기, 과일 등 여러가지 식자재를 쉽게 구할 수 있어요. 한국분들은 주변에 마트에서 한국 식품을 비싸게 파는데, 라면류 거의 두배가격으로 팔아요. 그라나다, 바르셀로나에서 오신다면 구입하고 오세요. 추천드립니다.
