Un désastre ! Fuyez ! Hôtel insalubre, chambre catastrophique et très mal entretenue : couette déchirée, aucun changement de linge malgré 3 nuits, murs sales, climatisation hs… et pour couronner le tout personnel d’accueil très désagréable. Absolument rien de bien vraiment une catastrophe. Le pire hôtel de la ville à n’en pas douter.

The hotel is very dated inside. If you turn the bathroom light on, the loud exhaust fan comes on also. No safe. Hallways and walls very noisy. Needs updating and painting. Cobwebs in ceiling corner. More in a commercial area. Lobby picture are not reflective of the lobby. Lots of construction noise. No restaurant. No coffee maker in the room.

Gostei da hospedagem. Alguns pequenos detalhes para melhorar como a torneira do banheiro um pouco solta, mas nada que impedisse de ficar no local. Cheiro do quarto por vezes incomodou um pouco. Ofereceram café (somente a bebida) na portaria todos os dias pela manhã que foi bom para mim.

Last time hotels.com asked me if i would still rate Hotel Chrome 5 stars, one after 1 year of regular attendance, and i said no and explained why. Last night, they gave me the presidential suite, to compensate i suppose. Today, i booked for another 6 consecutive nights. I hope i will not receive room 206. 205 is already better. 303 is absolute best with great pillows, aminities, and smart tv for wireless casting and great shower... Thanks Hotel Chrome. Anytime.

No one at check in had to wait for 20 minutes. Hallways are being painted, smell is everywhere. Rooms are old, beds are uncomfortable.

Tinha 2 reservas separadas para 2 dias, porque houve mudanças de planos. Mas como check-in é às 16h e o checkout às 11h, tive que pagar 23 dólares para não precisar sair do quarto. Esperava que unissem as reservas sem taxa. Mas tive que pagar taxa inclusive pra guardar as malas até horário do check-in porque cheguei mais cedo

Room 206 is the worst on this entire floor of King size bed room. The room's carpet has another cheap carpet used over it to hide some big salt deterioration/corrosion. The door (furniture) that use to hide the small fridge is gone, and so we hear more noise coming from the fridge. The pillows are different and uncomfortable. Some kind of cheap space foam material that don't pile well together and does'nt provide enough support when using a single one. No "do not disturb" card in the room to signal the maintenance to NOT come and disturb during the day. And other available room on the same floor (that are better and yet, they gave me room 206 after all this time i go there). That is disapointing. Oh, and it's very difficult to arrive onsite with luggage and car, because of construction in the street, it's hard to park/drop luggage because the reserved area is temporarily unavailable/is blocked by contructions. And, starting around 7AM on the week day, we have hammers and construcions and trucks waking up the entire street. So no. i would not give 5 star, not anymore.
