The biggest issue was that the property is NOT 12 mins from the airport, it’s 30mins and you go through a very sketchy area to get there. Wanted to stay close to the airport so description was very misleading.

Great choice of hotel, if you don’t need to go back and forth from the city center this is your hotel! The personnel is GREAT, service was excellent. Restaurant provided free breakfast and we had one dinner that did not disappoint. Room was spacious and clean, bed was on the hard side which we enjoy, shower was small but the water pressure was awesome!

Beautiful, quiet, and very clean hotel. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Most of the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially the service team, who truly made me feel welcome. As a guest from the same country Ecuador, I did feel a bit excluded by one waitress, who was disappointing.
