Réveillon en famille

B&B idéalement placé proche du Vatican et facilitant l'accès à tous les monuments du centre historique. Personnel serviable, ne parlant pas très bien français, mais si on se débrouille un peu en anglais ça se passe bien tout de même. Très bon petit déjeuner, soigné, identique chaque jour donc attention à la lassitude si séjour >3jours Chambre nettoyée tous les jours par contre draps et serviettes de bains changés uniquement tous les 3 jours sauf supplément de 5euro par serviette au quotidien sur demande Seul bémol la disparition des boucles d'oreille en or de ma fille, mais n'ayant aucune preuve je n'incrimine personne... Expérience tout de même de bonne facture

The location is very close to major attractions. The staff (Valentina and Daniela) were very accomodating and very helpful. They will show you a map and suggestions where to go around the area. They were able to let us in even when our flight was delayed and we arrived at mid-night. A little downside is that the Metro Station is about 850meters away (but not a big deal, just a little more walk). Lots of restaurants around the area. SIT bus for airport is very close (walking distance). Very honest people and no hidden costs.

BED AND BREAKFAST BIEN UBICADO HABITACION COMODA

Bed and Breakfast bien ubicado en el subsuelo de un edificio a 10 minutos caminando del Vaticano a 200 metros de la Plaza Cavour, a 10 minutos caminado del Castel Sant Angelo bien comunicado por bus con el resto de Roma. Habitacion amplia y comoda, baño impecable pero deberian cambiar las toallas mas seguido dado que la ciudad en noviembre es humeda. Al dueño lo vimos 2 veces la recepcionista es amable. El desayuno es basico y limitado el wifi es mediocre. La ecuacion calidad precio es buena.

There was 5 of us girls in the Diana (I think) room. We had one big bed, a single bed, and a couch converted into a big bed. The room was right next to the kitchen/ breakfast area. We had great access to the patio with tables and chairs. Breakfast was an amazing croissant, coffee, yogurt, great cereal, and biscuits. The people there were amazing, and made our stay wonderful. We had access to tea in the evening which was awesome. The room was spacious and we had control over heating and AC. You have to watch out for the humidity, obviously with so many people using the shower (never ran out of hot water btw) it gets humid but if you know how to use the AC/Heat it works out fine. Loved our stay. Would definitely come back, if they would have us.

Rent och fint. Bra rum för oss 5. Bra läge. Trevlig personal. Ok italiensk frukost. Det som drar ner är att det inte fanns några bäddmadrasser utan det var bäddat direkt på resårbotten, dvs lite hårt. En annan sak var att det inte fanns någon någon grundvärme och vi var där i oktober/november. Det gjorde att rummet var "källarrått" då det ligger en trappa ner. Det fanns en värmepump men den räckte inte till för att få bort det råa

On entering our ‘two bedroom deluxe suite’, as described on your website, the first thing we noticed was how dark it was, even though we arrived in the middle of the day. The second thing to hit you was the awful smell. This, we discovered was down to the permanent damp in the room, compounded by the mould in the bathroom (see attached pictures) and the permanent condensation on the windows. We did not use the air conditioning unit whilst we there so it cannot be attributed to this. The smell was revolting, none of us wishing to stay in the room any longer than was necessary, it invaded everything. It was particularly lucky that none of us had any respiratory conditions. I can only conclude that it is due to the constant condensation that has caused the curtains to shrink so they no longer completely cover the windows. I had spent a long time researching accommodation in Rome as we required two separate bedrooms with two double beds. This was advertised as two bedrooms with two queen size beds. Unfortunately upon arrival we entered through what could only be described as a sitting room with wardrobes and a fridge. The single bed had been made up in the main bedroom. There was no explanation from staff that the couch was a pull out, we discovered this and made up this bed using the single sheet. The advert is totally misleading, both with pictures, showing a light, bright room and with the description. I have also included a picture of the cracked toilet seat, in addition th

Hyvä palvelu ja vaatimattomat fasiliteetit

Palvelu oli superystävällistä ja sijainti aivan loistava. Huone oli kylmä ja kostea ilmalämpöpumpusta huolimatta. Olisi ollut kiva jos huonesiivous ja pyyhkeiden vaihto olisi ollut päivittäistä, koska pyyhkeet olivat nihkeän kosteita huoneen kosteuden vuoksi. Ilmalämpöpumpun kosteuden poisto/kuivaus tao lämmön nostaminen eovät auttaneet tähän ongelmaan. Sijainnin puolesta voi suositella kyllä. Aamiaisesta ei kannata odottaa paljon vaan syödä kaupungilla. Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys täysi 10.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Zwar war ich überrascht, dass die Zimmer unterhalb des Straßenniveaus lagen, aber dafür gab es einen Innenhof mit Garten, den man benutzen konnte. Alles, was man für ein Wochenende in Rom braucht, war vorhanden. Daher würde ich wieder hier buchen.

Sødt personale. mug i bruseren og ulækkert værelse

Servicen var god og sødt personale, men der lugtede utrolig meget på det værelse der hedder “flora” - det lugtede gammelt og fugtigt af kælder og der var en form for mug i bruseren.. ret ulækkert. Generelt var værelset ulækkert. Ville bo på stedet igen på grund ad beliggenhed og venligt personale, men ville på INGEN måde komme tilbage til det værelse!

I paid for a two-bedroom unit and when they brought me to my room it was a one bedroom with a queen size bed. The room was very small I stated this is not the room I paid for they stated they did not have a two-bedroom can you change at this facility in fact they did have two bedrooms at the facility. I am presently disputing this back home in the United States. I was very disappointed especially with the money I spent for the room and what they gave me.

Un B&b muy peculiar...

Alojamiento muy peculiar, puede sorprenderte negativa o positivamente ya que es más una casa para huéspedes que un hotel. La casa tiene una pequeña recepción en la entrada que comunica con cuatro habitaciones, una cocina y un patio exterior bonito y donde se puede estar y desayunar. El desayuno es tipo continental con café, zumos, cereales, tostadas y croissants entre otras cosas. La ubicación es buena, a pocos minutos andando de la plaza del Popolo y del Vaticano. La limpieza y comodidad de la habitación familiar es buena, con suficiente espacio. Recomendamos este alojamiento si bien la impresión inicial fue algo confusa a pasear del buen recibimiento del personal.

Came recommended but left disappointed.

First experience was disappointing and wasn’t overly wowed after that. Was offered a shuttle arranged by Domus Dea from the airport for 65 euros which I was told was not negotiable. A cab was 48 euros which is controlled by local authorities. We arranged our own and only paid 48€ Breakfast was marginal, yoghurt, cereal, risks and croissant was all that was available. One cappuccino is free, extra’s are 1.50€ Having stayed there for 7 nights, by day 5 the breakfast became nothing to look forward to. Towels and bedding are refreshed every 3 days upon request or there is a charge for that. Rooms were spacious but some of the furniture was old and and worn. Outside courtyard had plastic furniture although pictures lead you to believe it was solid cast iron. We had higher expectations based on the reviews. One review stated musty smell which we didn’t really notice but then realized three different air fresheners in our room. When we were ready to leave, we did have the breakfast lady call us a cab and we paid the 48€ standard fee when arriving at the airport. Other than meeting the father of the owner, who commented that we were late upon arrival, we were never followed up on during our stay to see how things were. We felt that our bed and breakfast experience was more of a money grab by the owners than a passion for hospitality. Just our thoughts.

Amazing!

Amazing stay, our welcome host was so helpful and gave us a full trip itinerary. The place was exactly like the pictures and we had a lovely outside square for breakfast. Very close to all the sights in Rome and I would very much recommend this to anyone.
