Good location but expensive

Excellent location walkable to most tourist sites or handy for the tram if you don’t like walking. Nice quiet location, we had a room overlooking the small garden. Comfortable clean room basic furniture, could have benefitted from a microwave. They say you can get Netflix etc by linking your phone but we couldn’t manage it and neither could the engineer who tried to assist us, seems there is a subscription to be paid. Very limited welcome pack with few teabags and a couple of small milk cartons. We could hear the upstairs guests moving around quite loudly which was annoying. Our window awning ripped with the wind whilst we were there, it had been repaired once and was repaired again but very make shift repair that won’t last long.

Good place to stay in Amsterdam

Very clean and friendly staff. Quiet. Never heard anyone on our floor at night. Didn't get a view of the canal which was a bit upsetting. Our room was on the top floor and there were beams from the room in the room. Bumped our heads a couple times. Great location. Very close to trams.

We thought that this was a fantastic place to stay. Our studio was huge, well equipped and comfortable with everything we could want for our week-long stay. We were lucky to have three large windows looking out over the canal to the Botanic Gardens - such a lovely thing to wake up to each morning and come home to each evening. Fast wifi, great kitchen, good shared laundry facilities. Close to transport, cafes and restaurants and the staff were friendly and communicative. We couldn't have been happier and absolutely would stay here again.

Stayed 6 nights. Convenient location, easy access to Amsterdam Central via tram line 14 which was a 2min walk away (Artis). Tram line 1 was also easily accessible. Albert Heign supermarket was a 5 min walk away. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen facilities all in working condition. Mikael checked us in and was very helpful with assistance/queries and booking transport to the airport. Overall a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed in Amsterdam for one week and explored the city and several surrounding cities in the Netherlands. This apartment was an excellent home base. Out of the chaos of the city center but close to two different tram stops and a metro that will get you anywhere in the city fast. We could walk to several different restaurants and brown cafes within a couple blocks. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and the front desk is manned 24/7 and the people were so helpful and kind. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped (I didn't even have to bring a hair dryer). Definitely better than staying in a hotel. I would absolutely stay here again if we return.

It was a quiet area. Unfortunately I booked this room a day earlier than I actually arrived…paid in full 6 months prior to arrival and was not allowed to change the original reservation by one day. Staff would not return any emails to Expedia or myself. The hotel only changed the linens and did a “thorough” clean once on an eleven day stay. I was happy that I only saw one silverfish through out the stay.

Wonderful property for a longer stay. We were going to be there over a week so we wanted a larger room with a kitchen, but still have the amenities of a hotel (gym, reception, laundry, etc). This place really fit the bill. While not super luxurious, it is very well appointed and comfortable. Lots of space in the room. Bed was quite comfortable once we got used to it. Kitchen was quite functional for cooking. The staff was polite and accommodating. The best thing was the location. So close to almost everything in Central Amsterdam. 4 or 5 different transit options (Tram, Metro) within 2 or 3 minute walk. I would recommend this place to anyone staying for longer than a week that doesn’t need to be overly pampered and wants direct access to all the sights!
