There was no a/c in the room. The water pressure was poor. In the morning my son barely had enough pressure to take a shower and there was not enough pressure to flush the toilet. Avoid this hotel it is absolutely horrible.

If you are looking for a clean bed and hot shower then this is your place. It is a very retro motel. There are no frills, at all. There is a micro/fridge. If you want a clean, safe place to stay this does the job. The diner next door has really good food and fast friendly service.

The motel is a quaint, no frills property that is the best deal you’ll find. I’m a sucker for vintage motels, especially tile bathrooms and this one did not disappoint. The room was very clean and perfect for a night or two when visiting Pittsburgh and the surrounding towns. There is a diner next door with average diner food but the servers are very kind. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and you can hear the highway traffic in front of the motel. Otherwise, totally worth it.

This was a pretty good place to stay. There is a Walmart across the street. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact we didn’t have control over the heat, the room was very very hot an uncomfortable. Otherwise it was good, it was clean, they made sure we had clean towels everyday, and it’s easy to find. We would stay again if in the area again

I posted a short review. Owner called me on my cell at 11:30PM to complain about my opinion. His behavior further inspired my opinion. If was very off putting and creepy. Although we booked two days we left immediately the next morning.

Property appeared to have not been updated (very retro 1950s tile in the bathroom), however it was clean and comfortable and served our purposes. Mattresses were nice and firm, pillows were a bit too firm, otherwise great experience.

Two Nights Along the Highway

Appears that one end of the property is being used for long term rentals. Sign out front indicated weekly rentals. Two police cars were on the property one of the two nights that we stayed. Not sure what the issue was but was a bit un-nerving. Overwhelming smell of mothballs.
