Check in staff was very nice through some glitching in the system. While we did stay off season, the pool was not open for use, there were ants in the room. The space could use a good deep cleaning. The view was beautiful with convenient access to the boardwalk and beach. Parking on property was a great feature as everywhere else you had to pay for parking.

Two nights in a row, young people were in the rooms on both sides of us acting extremely obnoxious, disrespectful & beyond loud to the wee hours of the morning. We complained many times to the front desk & the situation was not rectified. We had gotten no sleep on our last two evenings there. We have stayed at this hotel many times loved it had no issues. We cannot go back again, knowing that if we run into the situation again, nothing will be done. All they did was say they were sorry and asked for our parking pass back.

My friends and I have been going to Hotel Cabana for the past four years and this visit was really disappointing. Granted we cannot control the weather so we were pretty much stuck in the hotel room for five days. We asked multiple times for trash cans that weren’t provided for our room and we did not get them. Our air conditioner did not work, a worker came to our room to attempt to fix it and did not and we heard nothing else after that so we were stuck in a hot and humid room. We asked for trash bags multiple times along with towels and room service did not come to us once. We would still love to book with you guys but I for the money we paid for that room, we were extremely dissatisfied with the service given.
