This motel is great for when you are visiting Warner Creek correctional. Great price for the room. The only thing I'd fix would be a better shower head and mattress was a bit too firm for myself, but overall, a great stay! The front desk staff were very accommodating and everyone was pleasant!

Lake view is a small town with a quiet sleepy feel. The hotel was fairly basic but that was all we needed on our way up to Portland. The employee working the front desk was very nice and helpful with anything we needed.

I was looking for a good inexpensive room for a night. It totally met my expectations. The room was clean, large and quiet. The air-conditioning was relatively new. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use some updates, but was clean and functional.

The owner/operator was VERY friendly and helpful It's an old motel so I wasn't expecting much. It's been remodeled and though not perfect, better than I was expecting. The bed was comfortable and everything worked. They obviously made great efforts to make people comfortable. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I liked the fact that the manager of this property is trying his best to update everything, putting in new room and trying to make it a 4 star hotel. Not everything is going to be perfect but at least its a place to lay your head, watch tv and have a hot shower.

Although it is an older building, they have updated it! It's very clean which is most important to me. Price was good. Other reviews mentioned older towels, not a problem for me because they smelled freshly washed. We had lots of room, a love seat and 2 chairs.

We pulled up and thought we were at the wrong hotel because it looked nothing like the photos. There were frequently people smoking in the parking lot and the smoke was constantly coming in the room. The room did not look like the photos. The shower had terrible water pressure and never got more than slightly warm. The bed was fairly comfortable. There was no ice in the ice machine. Do no recommend this hotel!

The said it was pet friendly but there was no grass or disposal facilty. The parking lot was filthy, all the trash cans were overflowing. I would never recommend this hotel. Very disappointed

The price for lodging was too high. The management issued notification of bad water that had high rates of magnesium and iron. Dirty floors. Safety lock was missing. Shower strainer wasn’t installed on drain. Tv didn’t work. Towels were old like rags. Debris hanging from drywall to help support makeshift shelf. The only good thing was it was quiet.

This was the worst place we had ever stayed at, it was late, we where avoiding a late night storm. The room size was good, but that was all! There was hair all over the bathroom sink! Floor appeared to not be moped or vacuumed! The microwave table was covered in dust and crumbs, and the refrigerator had rust spots all over. We found dirt/lint in the sheets! We slept on the top of the mattress, as happened to have our own blankets with us as well as a couple of pillows! Thank goodness.! We tried to go back to desk, but the clerk had let and put a sign on the door, but we could not reach him, and he was not there when we checked out either! There was a reason it was the cheapest hotel in town!

Well, I've Seen Worse

I will not say the room was 'filthy,' but it is 'dilapidated' at best. The young fella at the desk was very kind. The town is under a water warning. The hotel is in serious need of a rebuild (it's a dive). I would never revisit the place.

I want to thank the manager of the motel. I left my iPad on a countertop in my room. It was dark when I left. He called me within a few hours, and it was in the mail back to me by the end of the day. Thanks so much again.

We did check in late and the entire region was lacking cellular service from a forest fire. Mike was very helpful, although obviously flustered with trying to handle things with no internet. The condition of our room was terrible. I never make reviews and have a high tolerance for affordable hotels and their potential issues. This hotel needs a serious upgrade. It looked like bare earth between the main room and the bathroom. Shower surround was very old and stained. We did not use it.
