The shower head outlet pipe was turned toward the wall making the shower head spray difficult to use. The shower leaked into the floor causing us to use towels to keep the water from running everywhere. The hair drier kept stopping, when I called the front desk they said they would immediately send someone up with a new one but they never came. We have stayed in this hotel many, many times over the last 5 years and it's a shame to see the condition and service deteriorating.
