Tinha um vazamento no nosso banheiro, ar condicionado não gelou muito bem, não tem estacionamento para todos os hóspedes, é rotativo, isso é ruim, pq se vc chegar e alguém já tiver na vaga seu carro fica p fora, o café era uma delícia mas só até as 9h. E as toalhas só são trocadas a cada 3 dias, o que me incomodou um pouco. Mas o local é gostoso, uma localização ok, não é muito perto do centro, mas é tranquilo. O pessoal que atende é bacana.

Equipe excelente. Pousada limpa, gostei bastante. Poderiam colocar os bolos que sobram do café da manhã para uma cortesia em um café da tarde, pois para dia seguinte ficam duros com a exposição. Poderiam desde a reserva informar que existe uma agência na pousada, acabei procurando antes e levei muito tempo nessa busca ate entender que os passeios em Bonito são tabelados pela prefeitura. Também fica a dica desde o inicio falar do valor do aluguel da toalha para os passeios, não sabia que era barato e poderia ficar vários dias, acabei levando sem necessidade. Viajar para Bonito é incrivel, mas não tem nada gratuito prepare o bolso para os passeios. A longo prazo não sei se Bonito aguentará essa extração de recursos naturais sem impacto ambiental, muitos balneários...

Pousada incrível, é como estar com familiares. Toda a equipe de recepção foi sempre muito solícita, em especial a Laisa que é uma simpatia! Todo o time do café da manhã e serviço de quarto sempre muito prestativos, e a agência de viagens da pousada é extremamente flexível, disponível e informada para fechar todos os passeios num lugar só com confiança. Os quartos são limpos, climatizados, limpeza diária. A área de piscina é aconchegante e a hidro é quentíssima, uma delícia. Agora, a melhor lembrança que teremos da estadia é o Wesley, que gerencia a pousada. Extremamente simpático, bondoso, divertido e um expert em todas as atrações, passeios e até te ajuda a evitar perrengues. Um verdadeiro guia e um super amigo todos os dias. Vocês todos estão de parabéns e fizeram de tudo pra essa viagem ser ainda mais inesquecível. Obrigado!!!
