Excellent location for exploring Edinburgh. Easy walking to all of the sights and sites. Very comfortable apartment, nicely equipped. Could do with a bit more hanging space for clothes, towels and wet coats. A bit pricey, but highly recommended.

Perfect location, easy walk to Edinburgh Castle and restaurants. Carpark across the road although expensive if was well worth it for convenience. Lovely apartment, plenty of room, kitchen fully equipped. Could have had larger bath towels!

Loads of restaurant options nearby with shops too. Close to transport and a very well maintained property. Great to have somewhere to sit and relax along with a comfy bed. We will be back

This property is in an excellent location. It is convenient to grassmarket and the Princes Street area without being in a busy area. Astonishingly quiet. Convenient stores and restaurants on Lothian, theaters right around the corner. Bus stops nearby. The only reason this is not 5 stars is the extremely poor wifi. It barely worked, and when you're traveling internationally without data having good wifi is important.

Very nice little apartment, just to the side of the Castle. Great location and comfy bed. Having a separate kitchen/ dinning space is great, as it allows for healthier eating. Having luggage storage all day on check out day is a big plus

I wanted to be close to our tour departure the next day and this was the perfect place! An 11 minute walk got us up the hill easily with no steps! It’s a beautiful place and really clean. This is my first experience with a place where you let yourself in, and being a novice, it took me a bit to figure it out, but once we did, we loved it!

I liked the suite so well that I had a fantasy of down sizing and living in a place like this. if you want comfort without the hustle of a large resort and the stuff you never use. ie: pool, spa and so on. . this is a great place.

The flat was in a quiet area just a few blocks from Grassmarket Square which has lots of pubs and restaraunts. We were here for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the flat was a short walk to most of the venues. Just around the corner from the flat on Spittal St is the Blue Blazer (a lovely neighbourhood pub for a night cap), and The Source Coffee to get you going in the morning. We would definately stay here again.
