I had the worst experience at [MOX Hotel] in Sapanca. The room was filthy, smelled of mold, and the door handle was broken. The indoor pool was unusable, breakfast was awful, and the location/view was nothing like advertised. I paid for two nights but could only endure one. The lack of service was shocking—I had to change the mattress cover myself. Not recommended at all.

Düzelmesi gerekenler

Genel olarak Hotel epey temiz odalar genişti. Check-in esnasında resepsiyondaki personeller çok yardım severdi.

Fiyat Performans Oteli, tavsiye ederim

Aksine ben cok mutlu oldum gec saatte olmasina diyerek kendisini rahatlattim. 🤗 Herkese tavsiye ederim bu oteli. I really recommended this hotel to everyone. This hotel is very clean , inexpensive and has best customer service. Late breakfast is also very important for me, and this hotel has it🤗

Dört yıldızlı bir otelden beklenilmeyecek kadar va

Otel Aralık ayının son gününde soğuktu, oda az çalışır bir klima ile ısıtılmaya çalışıldı maalesef yemekler ucuz olmamasına rağmen vasattı. İyi olan tek şey yılbaşı akşamı sahne alan şahane sesiyle tüm olumsulukları gideren Bülent Yağızer’di. Hiç değilse bunu becermişler
