A Few roaches and a cool pool !!

I had a 3 night stay, And the 1st night i killed a few roaches, morning of day 2, i killed some in the bathroom, Immediately i went to the front, and my room was changed once i expressed my issues. Second room had no roaches, but i didn't unpack !! The area is quiet, and the pool was the only highlight

We had a toilet clog and never had service come up we tried calling front dest over and hour about it and had my son report it as well however we had left because we needed facilities before attending our event .
