10/10 Exceptional

For a Budget hotel it was excellent. We had an accessible room which was very well planned out and modern. There were multiple usb ports which are useful. The staff are excellent. The Manager was really helpful and friendly, nothing was any trouble and other staff were very pleasant also. The grounds were cleaned daily and kept nice. Breakfast included with some hot items, more than adequate. I highly recommend if you are looking for a budget hotel in the area. No complaints.
Accessible shower.

Floors were very dirty. You could see drips all over the floor and very stained in front of sink. Needs a good scrubbing.

This place wasn’t all that bad and it might be because we had just gone through a wicked thunderstorm, we’re tired and exhausted.

2/10 Poor

One of the nastiest places I’ve ever been. Felt like where hookers go to die. Cigarette burns in all the sheets and couch. Stale smell when you walk in. Bathroom straight disgusting. Broken tables and chairs and lights don’t work

Wonderful suprise

At first appearance we were more than skeptical. The property was under a massive renovation. I had learned this through recent reviews. But what i saw was a litte crazy and I'm in construction. Dumpster right at the entrance, furniture outside, furniture visible in rooms that was viewable. Upon checkin, which was very pleasant. Front desk was jammed in a small office as lobby is part of renovation. The desk clerk, who i am going to assume was possibly the owner, at least the manager was a very pleasant person. Gave us our keys and room location. At room location another red flag, just outside our room on the opposite side of the hallway was a bunch of old refrigerators, pile of wood studs and other debris. Still sketchy about things, we opened our room door. What we found was an extremely clean and updated room. Very modern looking, with a few minor exceptions, the old wooden framed mirror and outdated picture on the wall, but other than that the flooring, furniture, appliances were all very nice. The bathroom was the level of a much more expensive hotel. Walk in shower, vanity area were very nice. It was quiet and comfortable. Once interior is done, a coat of painton the exterior and it will be a much nicer place

(NO MANAGEMENT AT ALL DURING MY STAY)

⭐ 1 Star – Unprofessional Front Desk and Disturbing Room Condition Upon arrival at Travel Inn, I was immediately met with disrespect. The front desk agent rudely accused me of “stealing money” because I had my 2-year-old child with me, even though my reservation clearly stated children stay free. Instead of resolving the issue, he told me to “go stay somewhere else.” When I finally got to my room, I was shocked to see the peephole covered with toilet paper from the inside — very uncomfortable and concerning for safety. As someone who works for a Marriott property, I can confidently say this is not how guests should ever be treated. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
