酒店周边都是美食，晚上经常排队，房间里的电暖和空调不能同时开，否则会跳闸。早餐比较单一。房东很nice，给我们提前check in。酒店在老城区，位置不错

Everything was amazing. Jose was so welcoming as soon as I got there. He even recommended places to eat, things to see, and areas to shop as this was my first time in Rome. They even had a portable fan in the bedroom which was an automatic 5 star review for me!

This property was fantastic! Staff were very friendly and spoke great English. The airport shuttle was reasonably priced. The breakfast included was wonderful and the terrace was stunning. It was in a great location and walkable to great dinning options, shopping and tourist attractions. The room was spacious, clean and towels could be replaced as needed. The only thing to watch out for is if you are getting a loft style room, the upstairs ceiling where the bed is located is low (5'6") so it may not be ideal for taller guests. We weren't aware of this but made do. Overall we would go back in a heart beat!

Excellent stay! Wonderful location. Staff was attentive, helpful and extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Our stay was very enjoyable and I would recommend to everyone. Small downside was NO elevator. Staff did help with luggage

I love staying near Piazza Navona, and this apartment was a great place to stay with my family with kids. Queen bed in main bedroom, which also has a loft above with another bed. Secondary bedroom with double bed. Rooms a bit tight, but hey, it’s Italy! Two bathrooms is a plus. Free filtered water, breakfast included, friendly staff. Ac worked great.

Our stay at the Navona Residenza de Charme was lovely. The managers were extremely helpful from even before we arrived, messaging us to make sure we would be able to check in OK, offering recommendations for local places to eat and providing a map with places to hit in the short time we were there. Breakfast each morning was delightful, with a nice view and conversation with the managers. We also loved Sofia the cat, who clearly is the one actually running the place :-)

Location amazing. Staff was nice. Air conditioning actually working which was really nice. We stayed there for 3 nights and requested to clean our room after the 2nd night, they only made the beds but didn’t change sheets which was annoying. Floor was dirty so when you walk on it then get on bed, sheets gets dirty as well, then baby got chocolate on them too, so it would have been nice to get them changed.

We spent a week at the property. It was fabulous, we had a family room which had plenty of room and 2 bathrooms. We had breakfast on the terrace every day. Jean and Jose were fabulous, with great info about beautiful Roma. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately not a great experience with this hotel due to poor communication. There was a power outage just in the hotel and the building next door at about 5pm. The temperature was 42'C in Rome that day. We decided to wait hoping that they would be able to address the issue. By 9pm they were not able to fix the power issues unwilling to comminicate with people staying. As others left the building we decided it was in our best interests from a safety perspective to stay elsewhere as well given the heat, lack of power and air conditioning. We were unable to communicate with the hotel management at that time. Given we booked through Expedia we contacted them directly. Expedia was amazing. They were able to find us an alternate place to stay. They called ahead and the staff at the new hotel were expecting us. Expedia turned what was looking like was going to be a horrible first two nights in Rome into an incredible experience so although I wouldnt recommend this hotel kudos to Expedia customer service. Thank you Expedia you truely helped us out of a terrible situation.

Rome is so busy that we could return to our large room and enjoy the quiet terrace which is shaded by afternoon, it doubles as the breakfast area that was full of choices and if you wanted extra coffee or food not a problem. Jean and Edgar had many tips about restaurants and attractions and so helpful with any questions. Instead of sitting back and leaving the guest to do all the work they investigated any request you had. The entrance had a secure lock and was easy to operate. Neighborhood was just what you would want staying in Rome. All major attractions were no more than a 15-20 minute walk. Highly recommended
