For a Hilton property only one elevator working . And the other one had take on the floor selection panel and the light does not pork for the first floor. You can hear every toilet flush above you and beside you. House keeping knocking on doors at 7 am with check out a few hours after that time . Room was nice and was clean but those things can be annoying. Also understand the fact of the weather we have had this week with the snow but what about the wreaked car in the parking lot . Yes this has happened after the snow because of the broken marking lamp glass on top of the snow .

The staff was helpful and attentive. One of the two elevators didn't function and the one that did has a bad button for 1st floor. It was difficult to get back to the first floor. The beds weren't too comfortable. So, it isn't a terrible place to stay. But needs some maintenence.

I was told by Hilton reservations and the hotel that ONLY incidentals would be charged at check-in. They charged me for incidentals AND wanted to charge the full amount of the stay, so my one week turned into an overnight stay. The reservation I booked was to include breakfast. No one told me at check-in that the restaurant was closed, which is why I booked it. I waited until 5:00 PM which is what time the restaurant was to open, but when I called room service, they told me that the cook quit and the restaurant was closed. They said if I wanted to eat I would need to call Door Dash or Uber Eats.

We did not partake of breakfast. Bed (Rm 307) was worn and had obvious dips on each side of the bed. There was only one elevator working Fri/Sat and 1st floor button was problematic as it didn't immediately light up. Ended up having to take the stairs at one point.

The heating/air unit in our room was so loud we could not sleep. When we checked in we were handed our key and told nothing else about breakfast or ammenities. When we tried to speak to someone about the loud heat/ac, we could not find anyone who worked there to speak to.
