We stayed at this hotel based on a recommendation from the NRHA website but were sadly disappointed. While the location was convenient, the overall experience lacked safety, cleanliness, and comfort. The rooms were technically clean but in poor condition, with extremely hard beds and uncomfortable pillows. Breakfast was underwhelming and offered very little in terms of quality or variety.
Noise was a constant issue—dogs barking throughout the night, guests arguing in the hallways, and people attempting to open random doors made it hard to feel safe or relaxed. The surrounding area didn’t help matters, with a heavy presence of homelessness and an armed guard stationed at the gas station next door, which was unsettling.
The only positive aspect was the friendly and courteous staff, who did their best despite the circumstances. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the overall poor experience. We would not choose to stay here again.
