We just needed a place a sleep & it served that purpose. The room had everything we needed & was clean & comfortable.

A good basic motel. Great location for exploring the area and the town. Would benefit from a refurbish but more than adequate for what I needed. Staff were great. Always helpful.
Michael, 5-night trip

The room was clean, comfortable and had a nostalgic charm. It was an easy walk to Hot Springs State Park as well as the restaurants and shops downtown.

While an older property it was tastefully updated and welcoming. Appreciated the amenities provided in the basket (water, snacks). Great fridge and microwave. Very soft towels. Nicely scented soap/shampoo.

The area was beautiful. The motel was older but charming.

6/10 Good

Easy to check in. Just called the number and got the room and key already for me. It's close to things. Bathhouse and State Park. Could use aittle attention to upkeep. I had no lights on ceiling fan and bathroom lights had 3 of 4 bulbs out. Bed was stiff but better then the floor. Ya know what ya are getting and that's ok. Would stay again

A quiet place

Don't judge by the outside. It was comfortable, clean and would stay there again. We like places that are hidden gems and this is one of them. Nothing fancy but quiet and wirked for us.

First of all, you have to understand that this is an older hotel. It was perfect for our needs, though. The room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There was a setup for coffee and even some granola bars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Can’t beat the price. Would stay here again.

It worked fine for my needs.

This property is unique, as was described in an email prior to our arrival. The room was clean and serviceable and provided the comfort that we expected. Our grandson loved that there was a Taco John’s right across the parking lot from us. We watched the city’s 4th of July fireworks from the parking lot.

Never judge a book by its cover

At first glance, every horror movie with a seedy motel came to mind, and for the price, I didn't have high expectations. However, the owner went into our room before we got there and turned on the AC unit and the TV in preparation for our arrival. The room was quaintly decorated and very comfortable. The bed was also comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. Given the age of this motel, I expected an old, musty smell, but there was none. It was nicely amenitied with a coffee maker, microwave, and 3.2 cubic foot fridge. It is very apparent that the owner of this motel takes pride in his property. It is situated behind a fast food restaurant, but there didn't seem to be any traffic or noise. And at 50 dollars cheaper than 2 other hotels during our trip, it was very well worth the money. I would stay here again if I ever find myself in Thermopolis.

6/10 Good

Cute and cozy room... but no makeup light ot heat in bathroom. Also, only a light bedspread so had to turn the heat way up. However the price was perfect and I love the fact they are staying open in winter with a work around for staffing
Jeanne, 1-night trip

I just needed an affordable place to stay for the night with my 2 dogs as I was passing through. Kyle was very welcoming and accommodating when I rolled in. The room was clean and comfortable but could use some updating. I wasn’t sure where to “relieve” my dogs so I used a yard by the side of the building. It seemed others did too but didn’t pick up after their pups. A sign to encourage people to do so would be nice as it is unhealthy for both dogs and humans to have waste lying around. All-in-all it was a nice stay.

Short stay in Thermopolis.

We got what we paid for! It's a reasonably priced old Motel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It lacked a few of the amenities we're used to in the larger, chain hotels, but for what we needed and the amount of time spent there, it was perfectly adequate. The only things I think that would have made it better was a bedside lamp and a chair. We never saw a manager or any of the staff, but they kept in contact through text.

Clean room. Close to downtown businesses. older hotel but ok

Good location, near Hot Springs Park, easy walk into town. Good value, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Terrific service from on site assistant, very helpful with easy check-in.

4/10 Fair

While it was less expensive than other places in the area it was old and needed a lot of work. It was clean but...There was no outlet in the bathroom, light switch missing a cover. There were little bugs in the sink when we got up the next morning. Fitted sheet didn't stay on the bed. Traffic noise during the night kept me awake.
Waiva, 1-night trip

Good place to lay your head down at night. Place was clean and very accommodating. Will definitely stay there again.

Quirky inn

It was a last minute booking. Place was clean though a little dated. Homey. It had WiFi, tv and mini fridge. Place was quiet save the neighbor that had the tv on repeat all night.

Add things

Top Door didn’t lock microwave almost set fire in room 11 in about 2 minutes. No mirror in room no plug ins in bathroom. Add a mirror in room and fix microwave. And door. And clean under the cubby too that looks very nasty or just repaint it.
