커넥팅룸을 이용했는데 방이 너무 좁았어요. 등 돌면 벽, 옆으로 돌면 벽... 계속 벽과 마주치게 되는 느낌... 벽이 많아 갑갑한 느낌이 있었어요. 침대는 꽤 푹신해서 좋았는데, 룸의 시설 정비는 필수인듯 해요. 샤워부스의 샤워기가 2곳 모두 물이 옆으로 새요;; 배수도 잘 안되서 잠깐 발만 씻는데도 샤워부스 안에 물이 가득 고임. 그리고 예약이 됐다면 손님이 체크인 전에 체크는 필수라고 보는데 문의 도어락 부분이 배터리가 다돼서 작동을 안함. 그래서 체크인 후 와서 배터리 교체해주심... 가장 큰 장점은 위치입니다. 101 과 큰 마트 바로 옆이고 atm기도 그 마트에 있습니다

This was our second stay and both times have been so enjoyable. If your looking for a clean, comfortable and boutique style hotel rather than a big resort then this in the one to try! The rooms are spacious, with smaller style bathrooms and balconies but the extra living space in the rooms along with the most comfortable bed ever is perfect. The pool area is never too busy and offers a sense of calm. I would stay here again without any hesitation, the staff are always pleasant and polite, always making you feel welcome.

Center of Sanur and the hotel room looks very stylish and new. Their restaurant is very good too. Go there during the happy hours (buy 2 and get one free).By the way, the swordfish steak was amazing

The service was incredibly warm and welcoming throughout my stay. My hotel room was adequately stocked up with the essentials and the overall hotel was very clean and pleasant to be in. There are great cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets which are within walking distance.

We loved this hotel! Fantastic service, food, location and value. The rooms were exactly like the photos, which is rare! The Magnolia suite has 2 bathrooms and a decent sized lounge in between the bedrooms, so it was perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Location perfect for exploring Sanur. Would absolutely recommend.

Room was so cute, well decorated, super clean and big suite for our small family. The service in the hotel was 10 stars. Everyone greeted you as you walked by, including security. Breakfast service was a bit slow, so we only ate there once. Definitely would go back! Thanks for a wonder stay!

일주일 발리여행을 마무리하는 사누르에서 메종아울렐리아는 최고의 호텔이였습니다. 직원들 너무 친절했고, 룸 컨디션은 나무랄데없이 고급지고 좋았습니다. 조식도 충분히 분위기 좋았고 식사도 훌륭했습니다. 환경을 생각하는 호텔철학 또한 좋았습니다.(페트생수가 아닌 유리병사용이라던지 호텔소모품은 가능한한 비닐을 사용하지 않는다던지...) 다음에 발리를.방문하게 된다면 다시 묵을 의사 100%있습니다. 한가지 체크인할때 자전거 렌트문의하니 무료렌트 가능하다는 답변은 받았는데 시간에 대한 안내가 없어서 오후6시이후에 빌릴수가 없었습니다.

I would certainly stay here again so my comments are primarily intended to persuade the management where additional care is required. Hotel was quite convenient to the beach and lots of nearby restaurants etc. We ate regularly in the hotel and never suffered the dreaded “Bali Belly”.Generally the staff were brilliant and exceptionally friendly and helpful. I didn’t rate the room and general hotel cleaning services. Beds, sheets were very clean and turn down services were very good BUT Shower screen base was badly in need of cleaning and descaling so it appeared to be dirty and neglected. Hand Shower on/off control didn’t function properly. Paintwork on trim areas throughout the hotel was ingrained with dirt. Lift carpet was dirty and gave a very bad first impression to new arrivals. Matt paint finish throughout didn’t help and although intended to be distressed the effects went well below this. So …. Yes I’ll go again and their prices are reasonable.
