The Sea Cliff hotel is situated in a nice spot in Portmore. The scenery was stunning; however, what let the hotel/resort down was that the room had only cold water, and all three rooms I booked had cold water. The restaurant was pricy and the food wasn’t great. The pool wasn’t cleaned covered in dead leaves etc. The receptionist was accommodating allow a fridge to be placed in one room, allowing us to keep our drinks cool. However, I don't think I would recommend staying here; maybe have drinks, look at the scenery, and leave.

This is a bed and breakfast not a resort. The property is not maintained as advertised. Our room seem to have had no upkeep for a long time as windows doors and locks had rusted, The curtains were stuck to the iron rods from rust. There was no pressure in the pipes so we could not take a proper shower. Also the shower was moldy and filled with mosquitos. The wear on the floors , stripping of the paint does not present a clean look. No amenities. Grounds and pool not maintained. Poor standards. Very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

Very disappointing stay. The resort looked nothing like the photos online and the condition of the place was really poor. It felt run down and not well maintained at all. For the price we paid, the standard was far below what we expected. The whole experience was very underwhelming and I would not recommend staying here. Should have stayed 1 night rather than 3nights.

Sea cliff resort and spa looks nothing like advertised. The place is delapidated, neglected and unkempt. I stayed here for 3 nights and was disappointed, worst hotel experience I ever had. I Absolutely would not recommend staying here. I saw dog feces and trash piles on the property. The pool and deck very poorly maintained, dingy and unclean. I did not feel comfortable so did not get in it. The room had a beautiful view from the balcony and that is the only positive comment I can honestly make. The railing is rusted and crumbling, peeling paint everywhere, dead insects in the shade over bathroom light, and mildew in the shower. There is a mirror hanging on the wall, so decayed it is covered with black spots. The shower and faucet at the sink had only a trickle of water. Management came to fix it but nothing improved, he said he could not fix the faucet at the sink and left and that was that. I am only speaking of my experience honestly. I would not recommend this place .
