Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was close to the beach, which was awesome, and quiet. With large hotels you're dealing with so many people, but with the Ventura Motel, it was quiet. I enjoy old school motels, and had a wonderful stay!

Got a great price on a room with a king-sized bed. Ventura is in a nice location, walking distance to Lake Michigan and downtown. Ample parking, room was pretty clean, but the property overall is a bit run down. Didn’t bother me too much, considering I paid only about 15 bucks more than a campsite at Ludington State Park would have cost me. I was satisfied overall and will return.

Great location, gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and just as described. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, mini muffins, bagels, juice and coffee. I would stay again if I'm back in the area.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Great stay for the cost. Unit was outdated. Great location within walking distance to the beach or downtown. Standard coffee in room. Continental breakfast was prepackaged products lined up in registration office.

This is a great location 2 blocks from the beach and very close to downtown. The owner was very quick with a change of towels when we asked or to fix clogged plumbing. We had plenty of space in the room. It worked perfectly for our stay.

I come up every year for my son’s baseball tourney and it’s a perfect location to the field and the beach. It’s small and quant and serves its purpose. Best price around.

The room was not very clean. The microwave smelled terrible, the bathroom floor looked as if it hadn’t been mopped in a very long time, the mattress pad had brown stains all over it and the counters were sticky. Definitely not the cleanest room we’ve stayed in. The location was great though!
