The front desk area was terrible. I walked up to the "Front" desk, but since we were checked in to Hilton Gardens Inn, we were directed to go around to the "Back" desk? And, that person could not help us, because the person at the "Front" desk was "entering all the rooms" into their computers? I was told to "wait a minute, and step to the side", meanwhile a line formed and they were all helped and were able to check in, ahead of me? The front desk person continued to look over at me, but kept calling people from the line over to check in?
