O hotel tem funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Não gostei muito do quarto, a janela dava para passagem que ligava ao estacionamento. O chuveiro é muito bom e as instalações são limpas. O cafe da manhã é servido num salão em frente à recepção, o problema é que não tem uma cobertura e num dia de chuva, como foi durante a nossa estadia, vc tem que se molhar para ter acesso ao espaço. O problema seria solucionado se o hotel disponibilizasse um guarda-chuva . O café tem muita variedade.

Comemoração de aniversário

Fizemos a reserva por a acomodação “quarto superior” e antes da nossa ida pagamos um adicional para que a acomodaçã tivesse banheira. Na recepção e café da manhã, fomos muito bem recebidos, nota 10 para os prestadores de serviço. Quanto a acomodação, ficou a desejar. Não havia água quente na torneira do banheiro e na acomodação que ficamos o assento do sanitário estava rachado. Também sentimos a falta de um atendimento da cozinha após o café da manhã. É uma pousada básica, não faz jus ao valor cobrado pela diária.
