I stayed here specifically because it was walking distance to the Jett Bus office as I was headed to Wadi Rum the next morning. The hotel is nice, the staff were amazing and very helpful. My only issue was the lack of hot water. I wouldn’t have survived multiple nights.

Fantastic location for the Jett bus station, not far walk from the Boulevard and dining options. Wonderful helpful staff. Substantial packed breakfast for those on the go. Highly recommend!

My first room was moldy and had a terrible smell to it, i cant believe they would even put someone in it. I asked for a change and my next room was fine and i stayed two nights. They cant be cheap and try putting a paying customer in the bad rooms.

Great location, friendly staff and great value for price. However, the condition of the property could be improved in certain spots. I would still recommend especially if you're in Amman for a few days and are visiting other places in Jordan. Shukran jazilan.

I spent a night at this hotel, left for an overnight tour and returned to check in to another room. The smell in the room was awful, it came from the bathroom as if there was stagnant water stuck in the drains. The property should have known better than to check someone into that room. They even left a big window open so it could air out I guess. I will say that the staff at this hotel is amazing, they are the best part of the stay. When I went downstairs to inform them about the room issue, they immediately changed my room and actually upgraded it to a suite which was nice. Not a bad stay but a bad experience that was quickly fixed.

Nice hotel close to Jabal Alhussein and Abdali.

The staff there are pleasing and they have a nice African grey parrot!. The breakfast was served as open buffet and it was good and tasty. The hotel is clean, rooms and beds are comfortable. They have an open area for car parking lot. The hotel is very close to the services, you can get anything you want at any time you want- probably 5-10 min walk only!. But, there is nothing much in the hotel you can do except for watching TV and sleeping. Very good prices.
