The staff on this property were the nicest that I’ve ever encountered. The free breakfast had a sufficient amount of variety and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The swimming pool was a good size and so beautiful as you can see all the palm trees and limestone cliffs in the background. The hotel is about a 15 to 20 minute walking distance to ao nang Beach and about a 35 minute drive to the airport without traffic.

Absolutely exceptional! Such an amazing hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff! The pool was amazing, the rooms were clean, I have nothing bad to say! The location is a little out of the way but just a short walk from all the action and I liked being away from the craziness while still being close by. The staff at the front desk were amazing! I can’t sing their praises enough! Highly recommend!

Terrible cheap food and useless restaurant staff.

Nice hotel, rooms very clean and maids were excellent as was reception staff. Pool area ok and clean. The only negative is the restaurant, the food is atrociously bad, and the staff are useless. They forget orders and food is cheap rubbish. The breakfast is also terrible, again just cheap rubbish so don't bother including any food when booking here... Otherwise hotel was good.

Meget små værelser med dårlig lydisolering. Medarbejderne taler ingen engelsk, da de formentligt er underbetalte. Så det er ekstremt svært at kommunikere noget som helst med dem. Der er ikke noget plads ved poolen, folk står nærmest i kø for at få en liggestol. Medarbejderne ved restauranten var også meget uhøflige, og virkede meget trætte af jobbet. Vi måtte betale 500 danske kroner for at få vasket tøj på hotellet, det er utroligt dyrt og kan gøres lokalt for 50 danske kroner. Beliggenheden er fin, hvis man har en scooter. Generelt ville jeg ikke anbefale hoteller
