O hotel é razoável para uma estadia curta. Como era apenas para pernoitar — chegamos tarde da noite e saímos bem cedo — atendeu às nossas necessidades básicas. No entanto, trata-se de um hotel bem simples. O quarto ainda possui carpete, e ao abrir a porta havia um cheiro forte, provavelmente por causa dele. O chuveiro tinha pouca vazão de água e não esquentava adequadamente. A limpeza, por outro lado, estava boa. Os travesseiros eram muito desconfortáveis, daqueles de espuma reta e baixa, o que dificultou bastante o descanso. O interfone do quarto não funcionava, então precisei descer até a recepção para solicitar mais travesseiros. Fui informada de que não havia disponíveis. Pedi também fronhas para usar dois travesseiros que estavam no armário, mas disseram que não poderiam fornecer. Ainda bem que levamos nossos próprios travesseiros. O café da manhã foi suficiente e atendeu bem às nossas necessidades. As meninas da cozinha foram muito prestativas, atenciosas e educadas. Esquecemos dois casacos dentro do roupeiro, e a equipe entrou em contato com minha irmã avisando. Como já estávamos quase chegando ao nosso destino, liguei informando o ocorrido, e eles deixaram os casacos guardados na recepção para retirada. A recepcionista do domingo à tarde foi muito atenciosa, educada e solícita. De modo geral, apesar das limitações do quarto, o atendimento da equipe foi um ponto positivo. ⭐

Primeiramente, quero deixar claro que a equipe foi atenciosa do começo ao fim. Fomos alocados em um quarto com carpete, e como eu e minha esposa somos alérgicos, em minutos ali já ficamos com o nariz trancado e dor de cabeça. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, no que fomos prontamente atendidos pela atendente (infelizmente não perguntei o nome dela, mas agradeço pela gentileza), que nos alertou que seria um quarto sem janela, apenas com uma claraboia, o que não seria problema nenhum para nós, que só passaríamos a noite e viajaríamos cedo no dia seguinte. O problema não era no quarto, em si, mas no hotel como um todo. Depois de ter me hospedado voltei ao anúncio e vi que chegam a usar fotos de outro hotel da rede (Tri Hotel Executive) no anúncio desta unidade. No fim, conseguimos tomar nosso banho e ter uma noite de sono suficientemente boa, mas o preço da diária neste hotel é completamente incompatível com o nível das acomodações.
