Let me start off by saying I rarely post a review. I’m a business owner and it really sucks to get a bad review so if it’s really not that bad, I don’t post about it. I just chalk it up to bad circumstances and leave it alone. However, this was quite possibly the worst resort we have ever stayed at. From the moment we walked in the door. There was an insane amount of sales pressure to purchase a timeshare of some sort at this property. If I was trying to sell a timeshare, I would make sure the property was clean adequately staffed, and comfortable for paying guests. When we first walked into the room, it was clean overall, but very old, tons of mosquitoes flying around the room, and the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Prior to our arrival I requested to not be placed next to families that had children and paid for an upgraded room that would allow for such accommodations. We booked a swim out room and our neighbors had five children. The term “swim out” is very deceiving. You share one very small pool with the ground floor neighbors. This is not a pool that connects to the rest of the resort. The photos of this resort overall are very misleading. I promise you it does not look like that when you get there and you will be highly disappointed. Dinner is a whole other story again if you wanted your guest to purchase a timeshare, wouldn’t it make sense that dinner reservations were made for them at arrival. There was no welcome drink as mentioned. It was complete chao
