Check-in was a bit confusing. I received several emails before the stay that said the code for the front door and room were included, but they were not. I did not receive a code until I wrote Yuna right before boarding my flight to Paris. There was a very prompt reply. When arrived at the hotel, the code did not work. Eventually, a housekeeper came to the door and tried to assist us. She called the manager and eventually we gained access. Fortunately, the code worked throughout our stay, because there was no key, which a very friendly manager explained was missing. Also, the explanation about how to leave your bags was a bit confusing in the English translation. You may leave your bag in your own room after 11:30.
We had some difficulty with the recommended Nanny Bag as well and could not find our reservation. Be sure to download their App and create an account before you arrive.
On the positive side, the location was very convenient in walking or easy metro/batobus distance to most landmark. Also two bakery/cafes were steps from the door. It was great to run out for a croissant every morning and come back to the room for breakfast. The kitchen area is small, but perfect for take away, etc. we boiled some eggs, but I wouldn’t try to cook a full meal (although everything you need is there) there’s a nice Nescafé machine and pods are easy to purchase at nearby groceries
