1박2일만 온게 아쉬울 정도로 너무 좋은 시간이었습니다. 숙소도 아주 청결하고 편안했고, 중간중간 수업도 좋았고, 황토찜질방도 좋았고, 식사도 너무 좋았어요. 4살 아이랑, 80대 조부모님도 같이 왔는데, 각자 즐거운 시간 보내고 갑니다!! 아이들은 알파카, 토끼 보면서 하루종일 놀고, 조부모님은 황토찜질방이 너무 좋으셨다고 하셨어요. 음식도 어른 아이 모두 건강하게 맛있게 먹을 수 있는 음식이었어요. 다만, 언덕이 높고 길이 구불구불해서 80대 할머님이 숙소에서 식당까지 하루에 한번 이상 움직이는 것은 좀 무리이시겠다 싶었습니다.

작년 봄~여름 즈음 힐리언스 선마을의 숙박권?을 선물 받아 방문한 적이 있습니다. 그 때 기억이 굉장히 좋게 남아 이번에도 크리스마스 이브에 가족들을 데리고 재방문 하였으나 기대 이하의 상태에 하루 종일 부모님의 불만을 귀에 피가 나도록 들어야 했습니다. 방의 도어락은 고장이 났는지 계속 열리거나 닫는데 문제가 생겨 추운 밖에서 한참을 서있어야 했고, 일이 끝나고 출발하여 6시 50분 쯤 도착할 것 같은데 혹시 저녁 식사가 가능한지 고객센터로 전화하여 여쭈어보았으나 6시 20분 전까지 입장하지 않으면 식사가 어렵다는 답을 들었습니다. 외부에서 식사를 하고 간 뒤, 조식을 먹으면서 식당 직원 분들께 여쭈어보니 전날 7시 반까지 식당을 운영하였다고 전해 들으면서 금액에 포함된 식사마저 즐기지 못해 마음이 크게 불편했습니다. 작년에 가장 마음에 들었었던 사우나는 물 관리가 되지 않아 고여있고, 더러웠습니다. 즐거워야 할 가족과의 크리스마스 이브가 찝찝하게 끝나 마음이 불편합니다. 자연친화적이고 맑은 공기는 좋지만 다음 번 방문은 고려하지 않을 것 같습니다.

너무 추웠어요.

숙소 위치나 많이 걷는 등의 내용은 이미 알고있었기에 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다. 정원동 배정 메시지를 보고 숲속동으로 변경요청을 했을때도 매우 친절하게 처리해주셨습니다. 다만 방 자체가 외풍이 심하고 보일러를 가장 높게 설정했음에도 밤새 안쪽까지는 바닥이 데워지지 않아 추운 상태에서 전혀 휴식이되는 수면을 취할 수 없었습니다. 힐링을 하러깄던건데 잠을 편하게 자지 못해 만족감이 높진 않네요. 그 외 시설이나 산책로는 깨끗하고 청결하게 관리되고 있었고 식사도 좋았습니다. 계절 때문이라해도 난방은 기본적인 문제일텐데 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 지인에게 추천을 받고갔던건데 저는 추천하지 않을것 같아요.

음식이 정말 맛있고 경치나 시설은 좋았지만 더 활용 못한 아쉬움이 있어요. 인터넷이 안되니 날씨체크나 미세먼지 등 생활 정보를 얻을수 없었던 불편함이 있었지만 기본적으로 전자유해로부터 벗어난다는 보장은 좋았던 것같아요. 가끔 연 아파트에 와이파이 검색하면 여러개가 뜨면 좀 무섭더라고요. 단 프로그램이 더 다양하고 매일 명상을 할수 있는 가이드가 있다면 완벽했을듯 생각합니다

코로나때문에 한적하고 조용한 곳에서 맑은공기 마시며 쉬다 와서 좋았음. 하지만 사람들이 모이는 식사시간 식당 방문시 마스크를 안쓰고 식당 입장해서, 일행과 계속 마스크없이 수다떨고 음식가져가는 방문객이 있었음. 마스크 상시 휴대와 마스크없이 식당입장불가 안내를 더욱 철저히 해주셨음 좋겠음.

트윈베도 2개 있으니 방이 꽉차네요. 아무리 잠만 자면 되지만 방이 너무 작고 침대 바로 화장실 문이라 황당ㅠ.ㅠ 청결을 확인할수 없는게 방이 너무 어두웠습니다. 어떤 취지인줄 알지만 조명이 더 있어야 될것같습니다. 그리고 짐이동시간 50분정도 기다렸습니다ㅠ.ㅠ 그이외에는 힐링하기 넘 좋았습니다. 특히 식사 넘 맛있었습니다.~^^

배경, 숙소까지 가는 산길 다 아름다웠지만 하루숙박비는 20만원대인데 비해 찜찔방에서 입는듯한 생활한복을 입는것도 저녁식사도 간소하고 간이 거의 없는것도 전화가 전혀되지않는것도. 그렇다고 방도 이쁜것보다는 콘도같은 느낌이랄까요 ㅜㅜ 진짜 현대적인 삶 싫어하시는분은 좋아하실것 같은네요
