Stayed 5 days and the trip with our younger kids was amazing. Great room, great staff and everyone was very friendly. Met several people from all over. The kids loved the festivities and all the different things to do. Will definitely visit this resort again in the future. Any reviews about the resort being dirty is because some people like to leave their plates, etc around for staff to pick up. Just being careless and showing no common courtesy. The staff was on it and did a great job picking up behind these people when needed. Highly recommend diamond club.
