When we entered the room, we were greeted by a bed bug on the pillow. We could see it from across the room. We went to the front desk, and told the receptionist that we needed to cancel our stay. Obviously, we would not stay in a hotel even in a different room that was known to have bed bugs. The young girl was gracious, said that she was so very sorry and told us that our credit card would not be charged and they would take it out of their system. But, we have been charged, and we need that rectified.
