I have to make a compain to expedia,o arrival at 8 in the evening ,i found out at the reception that we were not booked through expedia even though we did so 2 days prior ,we were standind there with my disabled wife trying to find out why ,thank god there was a room available and we checked in ,what if not? After a long drive it was the last thing we wanted ,i expect expedia to give us an explanation, and what are they going to do about it ,awaiting a quick response
