We were welcomed by very nice stuff who recommended us good restaurant nearby and transportation we needed. There are some decent cafe around the area, and the hotel is just 5 mins walk to main transportation area in the city. Breakfast is very good too.

I was having my trip with my friends in Turkey and we passed by Ephesus, and this hotel is just wonderful. The breakfast was all homemade and they provided such a large, delicious and rich variety of food for every breakfast, which gives you the best start of the day. Also the environment is just so nice that they have such a great view in front of the restaurant makes you feel like home. Without worries, all the rooms we stayed were so neat. MOST IMPORTANTLY, their SUPERB SERVICE must not be missed. The staff (not sure he’s the owner or not) was so helpful and generous that kept providing us a warm hospitality. He sincerely served us like his families and friends. For instance, we had an early departure flight in the morning and he prepared fresh packed breakfast with lots of choices for every one of us, even the breakfast time was not yet started, furthermore, he drove us to the train station by himself due to the rainy weather since we couldn’t get any of transportation in that early morning. If you’re going to Ephesus, Livia Hotel Ephesus is ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED with no doubt. STAY HERE!

The best hotel I stayed in Turkey

The hotel is the best one I stayed during my whole visit to Turkey. First of all, the design is of good taste. The owner told me that he spend one year choosing everything himself. Second, the room is comfortable, it’s more like a room in home instead of in a hotel. Breakfast is wonderful! A very turkish style with many homemade choices. I should stay there more time! The location is also convenient, 5 minutes walking to the bus station where to take the minibus to Efes.

A warm and cozy hotel - highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for two nights as part of our Turkey trip, and we absolutely love it! We checked in quite late at around 12, but were received warmly by the staff and the check-in process was seamless! The room was very clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was our favourite with a great choice of homemade jam, spread and bread, as well as fresh salads and cheese! Staff is always helpful and cheerful; made great recommendations about good places / restaurants to visit. Location is great - just a few minutes walk to Saint John Basilica and the bus station (with bus services to all the nearby towns and attractions (Ephesus, Pammakule, etc.) is within walking distance. Selcuk is a small and pretty town. It is relatively less touristy with great connectivity to all the major tourist spots. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a chill holiday. In fact, my boyfriend and I love it so much that he actually proposed during our short stay here and we shared our happiness with Livia ! ;) <3 Highly recommended!

非常推荐，作为我们到达土耳其后的第一个酒店，无论是舒适度还是整洁度都很满意，尤其是在长途飞行之后，非常需要一个靠谱的落脚处来恢复体力。酒店环境很舒适，位置也很好，离大巴站很近，火车站也在步行范围之内，博物馆近在咫尺。早餐很丰盛，面包果酱都是自制，很美味，蔬菜水果都很新鲜。

A Boutique and Heart-Warming Hotel

I'm extremely satisfied with this Hotel. It has great location, just next to Ephesus Museum. The owner speaks English very well and informs us important attractions around the neighborhood while we just arrived. The staff are friendly and eager to help without bothering us at all. The room design is great and relaxing. You can easily tell the effort that the owners puts into. I definitely recommend it to all my friends.

Strange Happenings

taxi driver took me to Livia Hotel where I had booked a large 'quadruple family room with patio and garden view...an employee took me a few blocks away to the Livia Garden Hotel where I met the owner/manager who tried to put me in a hot tiny second floor room and offered no compensation for the room switch.....it got ugly and I had to get testy about staying in the type of room I had booked....I was taken back to the Livia Hotel and was told that renovations were ongoing...the hotel was not in active use and I would have to walk to the the Garden hotel for breakfast....I stayed in the quadruple room for 2 nights while visiting Selcuk and the Ephesus ruins...never saw another soul...never went to breakfast because I overslept one day and left too early the next...as far as the room goes I would stay here again....and there is also the less than transparent owner/manager- so- maybe not..

Memnun kalmadık. Odalarda ses yalıtımı yok, iç içe ve çok küçük. Yan odanın tüm sesi odada olduğu gibi sizin sesiniz de o odada. Iphone 12nin hoparlöründen yarı seste müzik açtım, 5 dakikaya resepsiyondan uyarı telefonu geldi. Otelden ayrılmak için saat saydığımız gibi zaten fiyatı da yüksek olduğu için keyfimizi kaçırdı. Bunun yanında otel genel olarak temiz ama selçukta ara sokakta son derece sıradan lokasyonda ve kahvaltısı da sıradan.
