A localização da pousada é muito boa, ficando aproximadamente cinco minutos do centro, o que é bastante conveniente. Os atendentes também foram atenciosos, e o café da manhã foi um ponto positivo. Porém, as roupas de cama, principalmente a coberta, não apresentavam cheiro de limpeza e estavam com um odor desagradável, semelhante a suor. Por esse motivo, optamos por não utilizá-la. Acredito que as cobertas deveriam ser lavadas e devidamente higienizadas a cada troca de hóspede, garantindo melhores condições de higiene, conforto e uma experiência mais agradável aos clientes.

Café da manhã completo, senti falta do pão de queijo, mas entendo por ter sido dia de semana. Como nossa acomodação era com hidromassagem, um ponto muito básico que sentimos falta foi o suporte da TV não incliná-la para podermos assistir de lá. Boa pousada, porém o quarto não passava muita segurança por ter um acesso externo e a porta não ter trava. Estava com um porta cadeado (porém sem o cadeado ou qualquer outra coisa que mantivesse a porta trancada). O café da manhã é bem completo, mas os itens demoram a ser repostos. A equipe do hotel foi bem cordial e atenciosa quando solicitada e isso é um diferencial. Um bar na piscina cairia muito bem. Fica de ponto de melhoria para a própria arrecadação do hotel.
