Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The rooms and bathroom felt uncomfortable to use, and overall maintenance was below standard. Proper heating was not provided; the main heating system was not working, and we were expected to rely on air conditioning, which was insufficient and unhealthy, especially in cold weather. This is a serious issue for a property located in the Kaz Mountains.
Breakfast was also disappointing and did not reflect the quality or authenticity one would expect from this region.
The only positive point was the staff — they were kind, attentive, and genuinely tried to help despite these shortcomings.
