Awesome location! Close to a train station, a big mall, street foods and convenience store. Very quiet. Friendly staff with a pretty Thai smile! Breakfast was not included but very easy access to street food just outside of the hotel.

8/10 Very good

The best part about Arte Hotel is its unbeatable location—just a short walk to Asok BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, and Terminal 21, surrounded by great food and convenience stores. The staff were also consistently polite and helpful throughout my stay. However, there were a few issues that impacted the overall comfort. On the second floor, a strong sulfur smell was constantly emanating from the stairwell, and the stairwell door remained propped open with a sandal for my entire stay. In the room, the shower water was lukewarm at best. To top it off, construction started on the driveway on my last day, leading to constant jackhammering noise as I was checking out.

- Room was clean and tidy. - Soundproofing was average, some noise from outside or room next door was noticeable. - Staff were polite, professional and helpful - Showerhead was faulty, but staff assisted quickly and replaced the equipment. - Convenient location with a convenience store, restaurants, massage shops, and a shopping mall nearby.

Hotel was very nice and had great amenities. The Amaya Food Gallery was amazing. When I checked in, my room was not really clean. Found oily smudges and fingerprints everywhere as well as dried boogers on some of the doors.
