A little disappointed

Checked in late after the Coldplay concert and didn’t know they lock the doors to get in. The only way to get in is the code they give you, but never received one, the receptionist at that time was on his phone and didn’t even answer the call for me to access the vicinity since he was distracted, waited for like 20 minutes outside. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and accessible.

Custo benefício bom.

Hotel muito lindo, região muito boa, porém alguns atendentes são poucos solicitos, principalmente os que atendem à noite. Tive problema com o aplicativo pois perdi o acesso da chave de acesso ao quarto e não consegui ajuda da atendente, era noite e ela disse que não tinha acesso e que se não conseguíssemos resolver dormiríamos na recepção, a sorte é que eu printei a tela com o código de acesso e assim conseguimos entrar no quarto. A cobrança do estacionamento é um valor muito alto por noite.

Service at its finest!

Our stay was amazing as always. We always stay at this hotel when traveling. We like the staff, the service and how cleaned the hotel is. We only stayed for one night because we were traveling the next morning. We ate at the rooftop restaurant and the food was delicious. The service was on point. Our mojitos were excellent!

In person, Customer Service was a challenge

Our biggest barrier was the check-in process. There were two staff members available at 3:30 PM when we arrived who essentially deferred checking everyone in until exactly 4 PM when we could automatically use the elevator/enter the room in via the app instead. Also there wasn’t anybody who responded to the app chat request to check in 30 minutes early. We only stayed one night. Other than the check-in, the room, including the bedding, decor, and the bathroom were really nice. The floor did not look like it was swept or cleaned, however.

Concert stay

Gorgeous hotel, yet impressively poorly run. I tried to check in early, and the man at the reception desk informed me that early check-in wasn’t available—which I understood. However, when the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM arrived, I was told it would be just five more minutes. Ten minutes later, I was told it would be another 45 minutes. I was even told I could cancel if I wanted. This is utterly unacceptable. We ended up missing the opening acts of a concert we paid over $1,200 to attend. When we returned to the hotel at 1:30 AM, I was still unable to get into the room. When we finally got in, the air conditioning was broken. Not at all what I’d expect from a Marriott hotel.

Pague pouco mais e se hospede em Aventura!

Suite presidencial com mais de 100m2 foi reservada com muita antecedência e deixaram pra avisar no dia da chegada que não havia disponibilidade, sendo oferecido um quarto com 1 cama para 4 pessoas, sem cozinha, sem varanda, sem condições de uso para família! Ainda ressaltar com localidade degradada com muitos moradores de rua, sem estacionamento incluído e com acesso difícil para checkin amigável!!! Fomos ver o quarto e até a pia estava rachada com pequeno buraco lascado e deve vazar todo banheiro….

The location was excellent for our family trip. Many of the attractions, both fun and historical were within walking distance. We also enjoyed the big red bus tour to take in many other sights, and the bus stop was a block away.
