Arrived and they told us our hotel room would be ready at 4 o’clock. We had to do a digital key on her phone, which was very difficult to set up.
When we finally got into our room, it was dirty and was not the room we had booked.
The valet was $30 a day, which I was not aware of before we arrived. There is no self parking.
The luggage cart we were using wheel was broken.
We had to struggle with it to go back downstairs to get another room.
They told us the room we book was not available and if we had gotten an email letting us know that which we did not.
We were able to stay in a room with two queen beds, but it took us over an hour to check in because we had to re-wait for others to check in.
The room was comfortable at first, but they turned the AC off in the middle of the night and it got very hot.
We ended up leaving the next morning or very disappointed with the stay. If you are not good with technology do not stay here as everything is online, including your key.
