Clean and comfortable. Everything was included in the kitchen for cooking/eating. We stayed when it was very cold out so we couldn’t enjoy the beach but it is beautiful here.

Very nice cottage, nice beach and deck. Inside is clean and modern. Location between Tawas and Oscoda was perfect for us. Fully equipped and furnished! The outside could use some cleanup that didn’t affect our stay in anyway. The gutters were filling up with growth. Deck could be stained. But, again, nothing that affected our visit. Cottages 1 and 2 face the street, 3 and 4 face the lake. All cottages are in one building like apartments. Good sound proofing, we could not hear the other guests. Also, it appears that the rooms can connect together like some joining hotel rooms. Would be great for multiple families vacationing together.

This place was fantastic! We stayed here for a few days during wedding weekend because we had a bad experience at the Resort so we came here the next day. The experience was much better than the Tawas Bay Beach Resort. John was nice as well as his staff. We plan on making this our regular vacation stay. I’m a Yelp Elite and they will be getting an amazing review.

Needed a place to stay for a night while doing some work on my house in the area. Check in was easy, the place was clean and it was a very comfortable stay. Although I didn't need to use much, the kitchen seemed to be nicely supplied. The only negative was the hard and flat pillows on the bed. They were terrible but everything else was great. If I need a place to stay again, I'd definitely go back.
