Restaurant was closed would have to eat at the with a load bar crowd. No curtain on bathroom windows. Tape on cracks in windows.... Curtains in bedroom didn't match and lights come in at bed area so no sleep. Powered milk for coffee. Furniture very worn and dirty. Went based on reviews that did not match our experience at all. We specifically chose it for the Restaurant for convenience and were not told it wouldn't be open when we booked. They confirmed Restaurant available.

The staff support was lacking. There was no one around at all in the morning. I was basically alone in the hotel. There was no coffee maker in the room and the Nespresso in the reception area didn’t work. I had to go to the hotel bar to get ice and there were no cups in the room. Overall it was disappointing, cold, empty and unwelcoming. Definitely not worth the price.
