Nos encantó la estancia, el hotel está súper bien ubicado. Enfrente del mismo se podía tomar el trolley que por una módica cantidad te llevaba por distintos puntos. Disfrutamos el desayuno que fue distinto los dos días, muy abundante y de buen sabor. El servicio de recepción fue amable. La zona es buena, no se puede evitan los indigentes, pero no sentimos temor o inseguridad en ningún momento. La habitación suite, es de lujo, muy completa. El hotel ofrece Valet Parking, la tarifa es alta. Optamos por el estacionamiento contiguo pues no tuvimos que utilizar el auto para nada. El precio fue más razonable.

Great stay!

Boa localização e estrutura.

Hotel com boa localização. Quarto grande, com cozinha completa (geladeira, fogão, lavadoras de pratos, micro-ondas etc), com boa cama e mesa para refeições e trabalho. O café da manhã é limitado e muito repetitivo. Talvez os hóspedes americanos tenham opinião diferente da minha.

An overall nice place to stay.

We came with Family and met up with them for a weekend reunion. I like the location and the card key system that locks up the front door. I do not like the fact that there is no parking. When you drive for 12 hours to get there, the last thing you want to do is have to walk five blocks to park and pay a high price for. The shower needs serious work. No water pressure. The showerhead is very cheap and takes forever to complete a shower. The staff was excellent. We had a problem with the air conditioner not working and the maintenance crew was on top of it within 10 minutes.

Roomy, Comfortable and Clean!

We had the two-bedroom suite and it was excellent to meet our needs: Very roomy, comfortable and clean. Access to two bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings much easier. We highly recommend this hotel.

NEVER AGAIN SORRY

First off, I would like to thank Miss Nicole for trying to assist me with all of the problems I had I was moved to three different rooms in a matter of a hour. Firstly, upon entering the condos, it has an awful smell that you cannot resist. My first room the shower was very dirty. They still had trash in the kitchen area and also throughout the bedrooms. The second room had stains sheets to where there was a square put around the mark to check the sheets it was still there . Shower head was nasty , the mat that sit in the tub was nasty and full of rust . There was blood on the sheets of the last room . The tub was running water from underneath the bottom. The overnight guy doesn’t speak English. The worst stay for the amount of money spent . Sorry the only help for my trouble was a half off for one night . I’m reporting to corporate.

Nothing to write home about

I’ve stayed here previously. This time it felt a little different. The front desk staff wasn’t rude, but they were as friendly as the ones I’ve encountered before. Our remote control didn’t work we let them know the first day and was told maintenance would be up within a hour and they never came our whole stay we ended up having to add the remote to our phone to change the channel. There was also a roach in our room something we had never seen before in our previous stay. Overall the hotel is okay and in a great area

Location is great. Service was good too. Though the only good things about this place. The area is definitely unsafe, especially at night. But in all honesty, it’s very close to 5 star hotels too so not much to do about the area.. Breakfast was free but doesn’t have any real food. Even eggs tasted like powdered or something. No real food whatsoever for breakfast. Coffee was always old and bitter cause they keep reheating the same batch probably. I cannot stress enough how terrible the food was. I had to buy eggs from Walgreens and make my own breakfast. I’d only get bread from their breakfast. They didn’t even have real butter. I couldn’t even fry my eggs in my own kitchen. I had to boil them everyday because of the condition the pans were in. I couldn’t even use the sink in the kitchen cause the tip was covered in mold. Same goes for their bathroom’s sink and the mechanical room’s ceiling definitely had something going on too, with a strong smell coming from it. The whole room was very outdated and 2 star looking. It’s spacious but definitely everything was old, in bad and dirty condition. I won’t be back. You pay for a 4 star hotel but receive 2 star quality. Not worth it, spend a little extra and get a better hotel.
