First of all, the communal (and by no means tamper-proof) shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower gross me out. Go back to the single use bottles. Second, no housekeeping. Becoming the norm, but still cheap. Third, have some decent looking bananas, not ones that look like they have cancer. They're 69 cents a pound, buy fresh ones. And finally, stop charging a 20x markup for bottled water.
The sum of these things makes the place feel cheap and greedy.
