Overall, it was fairly easy getting to the property. I didn't really understand why there was a resort fee when some of the amenities were not avaliable (private beach was closed for 3 days and the restaurants that were there, were closed half the time). I had to call several times about the a/c being out and they said it was colon cooling and gave me various reasons why it wasn't cooling. Finally, they switched our room and there was a noticeable difference. In the new room, the TV cable and local channels were not available (but we did have access in the previous room). They said they would send someone to look at it, but no one came. I came again and waited another hour with no one arriving to fix the issue. We called again after we went out, then 2 people came back to back to disconnect the cable cord and put it back in, but it still didn't work. The next person said she would have IT come and take a look, but no one ever came back. They tried to say that someone was working on the cable line. I was just very disappointed overall.
