Mi peor experiencia, un sitio con necesidad de múltiple mantenimiento, elevador lento, conos de precaución en las escaleras, uno de los espacios para acceder a la alberca sin plafón, mi habitación jamas tuvo agua caliente, tuve una gotera en el techo de mi cuarto y no menor, el lugar no cuenta con transporte interno a sus instalaciones, es decir, si tu llegada no es en vehículo, toca caminar desde caseta al hotel con tus maletas... al llegar me sorprendió la poca afluencia, conforme me enfrente al lugar lo entendi por completo.

Great stay, met with some unexpected events (the elevator was inoperable during my stay but was repaired by the time I left. Things happen no problem I got more steps counts for the day literally. The Pool Plunge took too long to fill up due to piping issues,and again it was filled up the day I left so I didn't get to enjoy it. The reason I stated these hiccups is because I wanted to point out that management did take quick and reasonable actions to correct and accommodate me. The staff members Thomas, Sophie ,Victoria at the front desk were phenomenal! All employees were very cordial as well.

Everyone at the resort was very kind and accommodating. I do wish they had a better selection of food. The snack bar food was great. Dinner options just weren't our favorite. They stayed on top of anything we needed. Tomas was great in preparing us for the trip. And Jimena was wondeful with helping us with activities. I highly recommend the Cirque dinner experience.

The hotel was practically empty, with very few employees and limited dining options. It was also very isolated. The drink selection was extremely basic. Overall, I will never go back to that hotel. Very boring. Mind you I never write any reviews on any hotels or products but this hotel never again!!!!

I booked a 6-night stay for my birthday and had to leave after just one night. The room was unbearably humid and covered in black mold, which immediately triggered my asthma. I messaged the hotel right away with photos and explained my health concerns. They promised a manager would speak with me the next morning, but he was conveniently “unavailable” all day despite multiple attempts. The front desk offered another room, but I was too disgusted and worried for my health to stay. I checked out by early afternoon and moved to another hotel. Since then, the hotel has ignored all emails from me and Expedia requesting a refund. Extremely disappointed, this place is unsanitary and unprofessional.

It WAS NOT all inclusive. Only breakfast and dinner was included. So had to pay an extra $200 for all inclusive. The food was good and fresh. There was cracks everywhere in the rooms and balcony. The pictures ARE NOT up to date.

Do not recommend pictures online way old Place is poorly maintained and not very clean. If you were to stumble on the place you would think it’s abandoned not one person I came across there thought it was a good place. It looked like it was once a nice romantic spot but it is mismanaged. The staff was nice but beyond that place is a dump

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was quiet and perfect for relaxing. The staff was excellent and very friendly. I gave it 4 stars as there were a number of areas that need to be addressed. Drawbacks - There is only one restaurant and the choices where very limited. I had to complain to the chef as the same menu was served three times during our stay. I must say that he did listen and changed it up. The infinity pool is the only feature of the property. However it does need a complete makeover. The pool has many loose tiles. The beach next to the property is not safe for swimming and has a lot of seaweed, but just down the steps on the one side you can walk a short distance to a safe swimmable beach. I understand that the property is under new management and a makeover is planed.

Sinceramente en el momento que fuimos había poca gente, por lo tanto super tranquilo el establecimiento. Debemos destacar la atención de las recepcionistas y especialmente de una de ellas que estuvo presente en todo momento. Lo único malo es que estuvimos dos días sin agua caliente y los enchufes para conectar el USB no funcionaba y no lo iban a arreglar durante nuestra estadía.
