I have nothing but nice things to say about my stay here. The staff were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help me get items I had missing mailed to me from a different hotel I had stayed in. Hotels was clean, a short walk to the Nagoya Station. Was easy to walk over and get around when needed. They will hold your luggage if you arrive early and if you aren't leaving till a later time after check out. The room was really great. The staff kindly swapped my original room with another room which has a way better layout (it felt more spacious), because they saw that i have a lot of luggages. Short walking distance to the station(about 6-8mins walk). They were awesome with the towel service as well. Will come back one day.
