I’d book here again

My stay was great! I’d definitely book here when visiting Lancaster again. My stay was comfortable and peaceful and the staff was friendly. The only thing I would have liked to see different is the stains from the carpet outside of the elevator and a stain on the carpet in front of my room cleaned up. Other than that, everything else was great!

Management is HORRIBLE - Room door left open

I left out of my room Saturday morning 3/22/24 around 10 am to leave for the day. the cleaning lade was heading into the room across from me - so my room was next. When I returned back to the hotel later that evening around 7 o'clock - as I was walking up to my room, I noticed the door was open and the light was on. I did not leave the room like that. I immediately contacted the front desk. The front desk apologized. I asked to speak to the supervisor - they said they would be in later that evening. I left my name/number/email. I left out to get something to eat. came in around 9:30 pm and went to the front desk for an update. They said the supervisor was notified - but no-one reached out to me regarding the issue. Checked out today around 9am, Sunday March 23 - advised the desk that no-one still reached out to me. The lady at the desk reassured me she spoke to the supervisor and he was aware of the situation. Called the hotel around 2 o'clock - spoke wit the same lady and advised I still did not hear anything and she advised she mentioned it to him again. It is now 6 o'clock and still nothing. This is unprofessional and unacceptable especially since I frequent this hotel at least 2-3x a year for my son's tournament. A RESPONE is NEEDED ASAP. UNACCEPTABLE

I stay here maybe once a month. There have been some issues in the past- but the last 2 stays were issue free. I love the pet store next door and it is convenient to Sheetz and restauranys.

Our stay was very nice, but we needed more towels and when I asked the employee on the laundry room. She didnt understand english well. I wanted 2 bath towels she fave me 4 wadh cloths and 2 hand towels so I went tonthe front desk to get help and got the bath towels. Its important to know english if your working. It could have been an emergency.

The property is in a very quiet and easily accessible area. The receptionists were very courteous and helpful. The one problem that I would have to complain about is that the pool was not in working order. I have stayed at this place before and the stay was great. I took my granddaughter on vacation for her theirs birthday. She was very excited about being able to go swimming. I called the hotel a week before to make sure that the pool was in working order. When I arrived the pool was extremely cold, I was told that the pool’s motor wasn’t working but the part was on order. This was not working from Monday through Thursday. I was upset but at this point it was nothing that could be done for the vacation at this point.
