My husband and I stayed here, through a third-party app. Although, the money was paid to Home 2 suites!
When I was asked for information for any additional guest traveling with me, I filled out a form with my husband’s information. SomehowI accidentally booked the second room.
The clerk brought this to my attention, and when I let him know, we did not need the room. He said he would take care of it. No worries. However, the next day I saw that I paid for two rooms for both nights. I called and brought this to the managers attention, and he asked me if I could prove the fact that my husband and I didn’t stay in separate rooms. He would refund it to me. I asked him did he not see it on the obvious cameras that were in the halls, or how thier computer didn’t give us two room keys, couldn’t he prove it to himself. I told him the name of the clerk that told me he would take care of it, and the manager told me that he only worked nights.
Said clerk had a very uncommon name, and I knew his name, but the manager basically told me I was lying.
He did not refund me not even for one night. Although it was booked through a third-party, the money was paid directly to Home two suites,
Hilton would not take care of it and thereforeI was just robbed of $300! I wouldn’t stay here if I were you. Because they are thieves, and consider their customers to be liars!
