Positives are that staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. Also, the hotel is located not far from the piazza castello and main Porto Susa stations (both a bus or tram ride away ). Free breakfast was sufficient. However, there are many negatives. This is advertised as a 3* hotel but it is definitely not. The room was clean but very tired and in real need of renovation. Some of the workers are hanging off the wall - dangerous! There is NO mirror in the room. Not a dressing mirror or a full length. The only mirror is in the bathroom. The shower cubicle is tiny - you have to crouch and navigate positions just to shower properly! The windows open to a balcony, but this is a big security risk because any of your neighbours can walk onto your balcony and enter your room, if you leave the window open. There should be sufficient barricades between room balconies. The reception closes early so you need to use your key card to enter the building at night. One night a group of people Couldn’t get in and the emergency number didn’t work so they were stranded outside! The price of this hotel is not worth it at all, I was overcharged despite booklet months ahead.

Mycket vänlig personal. Rent men enkelt rum. Svårt med hiss som inte används rätt av vissa användare -innebär trappor istället. Ok frukost. Men mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Bra förbindelser med spårvagn och buss.

It's a dated but nice property. We spent 3 days there. We're comfortable. It's easy to get everywhere using public transport. There is also a Pullman that takes you directly to the airport in walking distance. The staff is very attentive. The breakfast is good even though is simple. Nothing to complaint about. We would stay here again.
