I enjoyed my stay at the property. The room was spacious. I love the idea that the patio was overlooking the beach. If you have a question or concern management was ready to assist. I would advise anyone looking for accommodation to stay at the resort. And if cooking is your thing, there is also a kitchen.

It was dirty, everthing you touched was sticking and lits if mold. Bathroom was from the dark ages and mold. Paid too much for this and was ver concerning because of the mold and healthissues.

This property is not on the beach, beach access is across the street and have to pay daily, there was no beach towels, room was dirty, with moldy shower curtain, no extra blankets or pillows, king bed was 2 twin beds ziptied together. Dirty towels in washer, dishes still sitting on counter, no toiletries not even hand soap, paint splattered all over tables, chairs and tv. 2 chairs in room were dirty, 2 standing lamps didnt work. No restaraunt, deli or bar were closed. Pool was closed. No wifi or cable to watch tv. Not easy access to enter property half roof collapsed in. Very noisy all night. Would not recommend this property. Our 5 night stay was only 1 night and requested a full refund which office personel stated Expedia would refund and Expedia states waiting for approval from property manager but has been unsuccessful to contact by phone. Waiting for a full refund.

Really needs to be upgraded! Problems with the elevator. The shower in our room was literally a pipe coming out of the wall. The water pressure was so high it hurt to stand under it. Basic cleaning--dusting along the ceiling edges would be an improvement. Our microwave had moldy food left in it!

Ability to walk across the street to get to Dr Cave Beach. It is an old building from my 1st stay 26 yrs ago,but the elevators work well and have been upgraded. The unit was very clean upon arrival but one of the porch chairs needed to be cleaned or replaced. The mattress was stained but the sheets were clean. Recommend replacing the stained mattress or install with a cover that can be cleaned or replaced as stains occur. Security is excellent and at door at all times.

The first room was cute and nicely decorated but had roaches, only one burner worked on the stove, there was no hot water, and the fan did not work. After speaking with management they offered to spray the following day if we stay. We respectfully declined asking to be moved which he agreed for additional us cash only even though we originally paid with a credit card. We were unable to speak to anyone other then the man who charged us to move rooms. He said because we paid for a package the rate is different. In my opinion the first one was cheaper because of all the issues. The second room was no upgrade but was well kept, clean, no roaches, and everything worked properly.

This hotel deserves NEGATIVE - 5 STAR. The room condition is horrible. It's Extremely dirty. There was hair in the bath, Cockroaches, a Dirty kitchen, and the Bed sheets are horrible. Even if they give you rooms for free, AVOID THIS HOTEL I'D NEVER VISIT THIS.
