The property is dated, but clean and quiet. Also, walking distance to the casinos.

It's very cozy for 2-4 person. It has enough utensils, full kitchen space for cooking. Breakfast on weekends are sufficient. The location is very close to the casinos & entertainments. Highly recommended for a long term stay.

No Patio - Balcony area to sit. I like to have coffee and eat while surrounded by big beautiful Pine trees and fresh air. To me this was the only disappointment of our stay, staff and accommodations was outstanding!

Perfect stay at the Lodge at Kingsbury Crossing!

The Lodge is an amazing place. The staff are awesome the room is perfect and very spacious. Excellent location near the action but feels like you’ve escaped to the mountains. Highly recommend The Lodge at Kingsbury Crossing!

6/10 Good

The receptionist Jennifer was not friendly or welcoming at all. Walked up to they counter to overhear her talking to a co-worker about how they couldn't wait for the tournament to be over and not have to deal with the added tourists. The lodge was affordable, clean and the room was spacious. Mattress and pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable, and it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Nicole, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

My friends and I had a wonderful stay! the room was very clean and nice when we came in. Lots of amenities. They have complimentary breakfast Saturday mornings. It's close enough to the casinos to take a cheap uber ride or walk weather dependent. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location in South Lake Tahoe, just north of main casino area, so traffic not as congested. Only challange at the facilities was navigating the luggage cart in and out of the small elevator.
Barbara, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Friendly staff, great location and the room had a great set up. The rooms come with full kitchens and living room. As well as the bathroom off of the bedroom. Giving it a master suite feel!

Kingsbury

The accommodations were very nice. Very quiet at night and excellent breakfast. Good location if you want to be close to the casinos but not in the midst of them.
CONNIE, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very friendly staff and well run. No AC made the rooms a bit stuffy, especially during the hot months. Parking was convenient and area seemed very safe, just be aware you’re in the wilderness and avoid the bears.

Great stay, Great room. We wish the jacuzzi was open past 6:30 PM since that's when most people would want to use it.

Great place!

Pleasantly surprised by the size of this suite. Great, friendly service. We attended a concert at Harvey's and it was about a 25 minute walk from this location. We rented scooters and made it back from concert in about 10 minutes. The room was really clean and the bed was actually comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very good accommodation. It was missing the cooling AC.. but the provided fans were helpful.

Great place for a girls weekend. Quick 10min walk to the casions. Cheap Uber if thats what you need. Lobby closes by 7pm but not an issue. Its definitely a place to relax.. go into town to party come back to the lodge to chill

10/10 Exceptional

Great lodge for a family stay in Tahoe. They do have limited lobby and spa hours, and certain rules and restrictions in place, but it all makes sense because the units are actually time shares that are occasionally sold on Expedia. I like how the suites are set up, and there’s everything you need to cook for yourself and be self-sufficient during your Tahoe adventures. My only complaint is that the fold out sofa bed was not very comfortable. Sleeping on top of the sofa cushions was more comfortable than the fold out sofa bed. Otherwise, the front desk staff and all other staff are very kind and helpful. The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, but also very near the casinos, restaurants, and the access points to Heavenly ski resort. Definitely planning to come back.

4/10 Fair

The room smelled horrible gave me a headache. Couch was dirty. Many rules to follow.
sheena, 2-night trip

Perfect

Hesitant because of reviews about lack of air conditioning. Room temp was perfect even without opening slider. Fans did fine! First floor room, no direct sun. Surprised how spacious and comfortable with all items on hand. Extremely welcoming staff! Would definitely come back!
Jane, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Very nice rooms. Very strange staff. Everything closed at 6 o'clock on the weekend 5 on weekdays, check in desk, lobby, hot tub etc. Nothing could be used after 5 or 6. Also so many rules it felt like the staff didn't want people to leave their room. Nice place but strange management
Andrew, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS LODGE! They (Jennifer the manager) are total ripoffs and liars. Made a booking with Expedia and just 3 hours later discovered it was the correct dates but the wrong month. Dates wanted were unavailable, so asked hotel (Jennifer) for refund or at least credit for any other open dates. She flat out refused to alter any part of the booking that was just made 3 hours prior and was 6 days out so no foul to anyone. I’m a senior citizen who travels every two months making thousands of hotel stays and travel arrangements for 35 years and never experience such outright disrespect for customers when the fix is so easy. Manager Jennifer kept trying to say I had to contact Expedia as she can’t change the booking, and she admitted it was a simple mistake and “they” should refund me without issue. Well, this was just a brush off as Expedia, in writing stated they are happy to refund the stay and for 5 days contacted the hotel by email and calls for authorization and Jennifer denied it each time while telling me each time it was not her but Expedia denying it. That was a total lie! I spoke with Expedia and they were extremely helpful in trying the resolve this. In fact, we actually did a conference call with Expedia and myself on the line to the Lodge and all they had to do was approve the refund and Expedia would waive all fees to the hotel for cancelling the reservation so no harm to them. BUT the lodge would not answer the phone (must have caller ID and knew it.
