Booked the hotel for one night as we didn’t feel confident about the hotel. And i am glad we didn’t book for longer. Lizards in bathroom, roaches in the room, lack of proper locks and the big red flag was the hotel was deserted. We checked out within 1 hour. And decided to stay at friend’s

we got 3 rooms and one room was extremely noisy with horns blaring from the street even after midnight. bathrooms - no shower screens and had to be extremely careful to ensure we did not fall from the wet floor after a shower. mattresses were hard - did not sleep well. the food in the restaurant was extremely delicious!

Incredibly Loud Construction Throughout the Night

I stayed here 1 night during a business trip. Everything went fine during the check in and the room was what I expected- a little dated but that is the style of the hotel. My main complaint was that at 2 am I was woken by loud banging (hammer on metal) that lasted for the remainder of the night. I could hear people yelling and didn't feel safe to go check to see what was happening. The hotel reception didn't speak English and wasn't able to tell my what the noise was. I was very worried for my safety as I could not imagine what would be causing this type of chaos and shouting in the middle of the night. In the morning I was informed that they were setting up for a wedding! I couldn't believe it!! Not only was I kept up all night because of the noise, I also felt unsafe because I didn't know what was happening. I travel for work often and have never had this happen. In the morning when I tried to talk to the hotel staff to express how upset I was, they were very relaxed about it and didn't see anything wrong with what they had done. I can't believe I had to pay to stay somewhere that made me feel in danger all night.
